This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scaffolding Supervisor located in Abuja.
The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for supervising scaffold erection and dismantling, ensuring compliance with safety and fall protection standards, and coordinating work at heights.
Daily tasks include overseeing the team, ensuring the structural integrity of scaffolds, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Scaffolding experience
Proficiency in Dismantling and Working at Heights
Knowledge of Fall Protection standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and ensure team safety
Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety practices are a plus
Experience in the construction industry is desirable
