IT Officer at Bukka Hospitality Limited (Bukka Hut)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote support for hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, POS terminals, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and biometric devices.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth daily operations across head office and outlet locations.
• Install, configure, and support local area networks (LAN), internet connections, and shared devices.
• Manage the setup, diagnostics, and repairs of POS terminals, ensuring minimal downtime during restaurant operations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate unresolved problems to vendors or higher-level support when necessary.
• Monitor hardware inventory and ensure timely procurement or replacement of IT assets.
• Support system rollouts, IT installations, outlet expansions, and relocations.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, particularly hardware and network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of hardware components, cabling, LAN/WAN setup, IP configuration, and equipment diagnostics.
• Understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory is an advantage.
• Proactive, highly technical, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to different outlets when required.
