About the Role

• As part of their aggressive expansion and strategic repositioning, they seek a high-performing Investment and Wealth Manager to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and leadership of the wealth and investment management function.
• This includes fund/deposit mobilization, investment structuring, portfolio growth, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the investment and wealth team to meet revenue and mobilization targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow high-net-worth client portfolios.
• Mobilize fixed deposits and investment funds from individuals and corporate clients.
• Deepen existing client relationships through strategic advisory and financial planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design client-centric investment solutions.
• Prepare regular performance reports, market insights, and strategic proposals for management.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification / Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ experience in investment management, wealth advisory, or deposit mobilization.
• Experience from asset management firms, commercial banks, or top financial institutions is required.
• Track record of consistently exceeding financial targets and mobilization goals.
• Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and portfolio structuring capabilities.
• Proven experience leading and motivating a team.
• Excellent understanding of investment markets, products, and regulatory frameworks.
