    Investment Advisor

    Job Requirements:

    • HND/B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • Must reside in Abuja.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Proficiency in Sales & Marketing strategies.
    • Confident, assertive, and able to close deals effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage potential investors.
    • Provide expert advice on real estate investment opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
