We are seeking a skilled and proactive Inventory Specialist (Pharmacist) to oversee the inventory and stock management of our pharmacy operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, preventing shortages or overstock, and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical inventory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage stock levels of medications and supplies.
Track inventory movement using pharmacy software and stock control systems.
Plan and coordinate stock replenishment based on demand and usage trends.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life tracking of all inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Work closely with procurement and dispensary teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for drug storage and handling.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and a valid PCN license.
2+ years of experience in inventory or pharmacy stock management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Familiarity with pharmacy inventory software and Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Integrity, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
