• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Inventory Specialist (Pharmacist) to oversee the inventory and stock management of our pharmacy operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels, preventing shortages or overstock, and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical inventory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels of medications and supplies.
• Track inventory movement using pharmacy software and stock control systems.
• Plan and coordinate stock replenishment based on demand and usage trends.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life tracking of all inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Work closely with procurement and dispensary teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for drug storage and handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and a valid PCN license.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory or pharmacy stock management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with pharmacy inventory software and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Integrity, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
