    Institutional Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    •  The Institutional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with institutional clients such as government agencies, corporate organizations, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and large enterprises. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets through long-term partnerships and contract-based sales.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow institutional and corporate accounts
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new institutional clients across target sectors
    • Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, bids, and tenders to institutional clients
    • Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely deal closure in line with company objectives
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and procurement cycles
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
    • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms

    Key Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in B2B or institutional sales
    • Proven track record of managing and closing large or contract-based deals
    • Strong understanding of institutional procurement processes, tenders, and RFQs
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles independently
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantageKey Competencies
