Key HR Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Recruitment and Staffing: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as managing onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensuring accurate and timely pay, managing employee benefits, pensions, and compensation packages.
• Employee Relations: Acting as a link between management and employees, handling grievances, and managing disciplinary procedures.
• Policy Development: Creating and implementing company policies on working conditions, performance management, and equal opportunities.
• Training and Development: Organizing staff training, identifying training needs, and planning career development initiatives.
• Compliance and Safety: Monitoring health and safety policies and ensuring compliance with government labor regulations.
