Africa of Our Dream Initiative (AODI) was founded by David Chukwuma Izuogu as an expansion of his charity academy, Chucks Academy at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. The Academy which was founded in September 2008 focused on helping undergraduate science students at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka on chemistry-related courses by organising well-attended tutorial classes especially for the first-year students.

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, policy development, employee relations, and job description development. Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting HR functions to ensure effective management of human capital within the organization.
