Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and interview coordination
• Assist with employee documentation and HR records management
• Support onboarding and HR administrative processes
• Assist with HR reporting, documentation, and workforce data tracking
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Management Sciences or related fields
• Candidate must reside within Ogbaku or nearby environs, or be able to commute easily to Ogbaku
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong willingness to learn, grow, and build a career in HR
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with attention to detail and confidentiality.
