    Human Resources Officer

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources & Administrative Officer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and outsourcing, finance, administration, payroll management, business development, and event planning.
    • Exceptional presentation and research skills are essential for success in this role.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Human Resources:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and staff welfare.

    Administration:

    • Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendorrelationships.
    • Handle confidential documents and maintain accurate records.
    • Finance & Payroll Management:
    • Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
    • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
    • Monitor expenses and recommend cost-effective solutions.

    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports forstakeholders.

    Research & Event Planning:

    • Conduct in-depth research to support business initiatives.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, workshops, and seminars.
    • Ensure all events meet quality standards and reflect company values.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3+years ofexperience in HR, administration, finance, or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent business development and client relationship managementskills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to plan and manage events successfully.
