This role is vital in supporting the organization’s HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative efficiency. Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–4 years of solid HR experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG industry.
• Deep understanding of HR operations, Nigerian labor laws, and industry-standard HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
