Our client seeks an experienced HR professional to enhance its people strategy, boost team performance, and support ongoing growth. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering strong organisational cultures, managing talent, and supporting high-performing project teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead recruitment, training, and employee engagement for an expanding workforce. • Drive HR initiatives that support productivity and organisational growth.

Manage onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and employee development.

Provide HR support to management and frontline teams.

Develop HR policies and ensure adherence across all departments.

Oversee workforce planning and talent pipeline development for critical roles.

Strengthen performance management systems to improve accountability and results.

Support conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee relations.

Monitor HR metrics and provide insights that guide leadership decisions.

Person Specification:

• Minimum of a First degree (BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• A professional certification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• 2+ years’ experience managing HR functions
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Proven ability to support project teams through effective HR processes and talent management.
