Job Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and oversee telecoms projects to ensure delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and manage change effectively.
- Measure performance and prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years of proven working experience as a project administrator, manager, or team-member preferably on telecommunications, information technology or construction projects.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in infrastructure rollout, construction or related endeavours.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with special penchant for project management, word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
- Good working interpretation knowledge of engineering and engineering drawings.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required.
