• The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resources functions to support the company's strategic objectives, with a focus on performance management, recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws in the construction industry.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the construction or engineering sector.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, SPHRi) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HSE regulations, and contract staffing practices.
• Experience managing HR across multiple project sites.
