• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the HR department and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding, driving performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate must be proactive, people-oriented, and experienced in HR best practices relevant to the Nigerian employment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Oversee the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least one professional HR certification (e.g.: CIPM) is required
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant HR experience
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
