Your Core Responsibilities

• Champion HR strategies that support talent retention and company growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance and timely documentation of all HR processes.
• Partner with leadership to align HR with business goals.
• Maintain and improve HR systems, analytics, and workforce planning tools.
• Promote a culture of learning, development, and accountability.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR compliance standards.
• Working knowledge of HR software (HRIS) and reporting tools.
• CIPM membership or other recognized HR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
