Purpose:

As the Human Resources & Administration Officer, you will head a strategic HR function that enhances employee engagement, organizational performance, and workplace culture. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition and development, and overseeing critical administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update HR strategies and policies to align with business objectives and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to position HR as a strategic business partner.
• Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HRIS data analytics to inform decision- making.
• Implement innovative hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive employee engagement through learning and development programs, career growth initiatives, and performance management.
• Oversee payroll processing, compensation structures, and benefits administration to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Manage office operations, including travel coordination, vendor relations, and facility maintenance, ensuring seamless administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and HR audit requirements.
