    Human Resources & Admin Officer

    Purpose:

    As the Human Resources & Administration Officer, you will head a strategic HR function that enhances employee engagement, organizational performance, and workplace culture. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition and development, and overseeing critical administrative functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and update HR strategies and policies to align with business objectives and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to position HR as a strategic business partner.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and utilize HRIS data analytics to inform decision- making.
    • Implement innovative hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

    Information Technology Officer (IT Officer)

    Purpose of Role:

    The Information Technology Officer is responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations, system security, and overall technological efficiency. This role involves overseeing network systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring data security. The IT Officer will also support employees with technical assistance and drive IT improvements that enhance productivity and business operations..

    Accounts Officer

    Purpose:

    The Account Officer will play a vital role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and regulations. This role is crucial in managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting in budget monitoring, and contributing to financial reporting, ultimately supporting the financial health and efficiency of the organization.
