Human Resource Officer/Recruiter at U-Connect Human Resources Consulting

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing and selecting the right candidate for employment purposes.
• Develop, regularly update and maintain the recruitment database
• Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs.
• Maintain all hard and soft files of employees’ record
• Monitor and control daily attendance
• Performing administrative tasks
• Updating job requirements when needed
• Contacting applicant references and guarantors.
• Overseeing employee health and safety procedures

Requirements

• A graduate of Human resource management or related course of study
• Minimum of 3 years hands on experience as HR generalist
• Must be competent in technical recruitment
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks
• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
