Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. Participate in recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Handle employee queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
Qualifications:
MSC, BSC, HND
Minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an HR department.
Smart, articulate, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English (knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage).
Computer literate with a good understanding of HR software and tools.
