- B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years cognate experience in human resource management or related roles.
- Managing recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinating onboarding, training, and staff development programs.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Managing payroll, benefits administration, and personnel records.
- Supporting performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Providing guidance to staff and management on HR policies and practices.
