    Project Architect

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect who is a Registered/Licensed Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate willensure that architectural designs are accurately translated into buildable construction outputs, fully compliant with standards, regulatory requirements, and approved design intent.
    • The Project Architect will provide on-site and off-site architectural leadership, ensuring design quality, functionality, aesthetics, and constructability are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities
    Architectural Design Management and Coordination:

    • Interpret, coordinate, and implement approved architectural designs and drawings.
    • Ensure architectural works align with functional requirements of hospital departments and healthcare standards.
    • Review and validate architectural shop drawings, materials submittals, and method statements.
    • Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, medical equipment, and interior design teams.

    Site Supervision and Quality Control:

    • Provide on-site architectural supervision to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure finishes, materials, and workmanship meet quality standards.
    • Identify and resolve architectural design issues during construction, minimizing rework and delays.
    • Support QA/QC teams in closing architectural non-conformance reports (NCRs).

    Design Compliance and Change Mangement:

    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian building codes, hospital design guidelines, fire and safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
    • Manage architectural design changes, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and coordination before implementation.
    • Prepare and review architectural as-built drawings and handover documentation.

    Stakeholder and Consultant Engageement:

    • Act as the primary architectural liaison with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
    • Participate in design coordination meetings and site progress reviews.
    • Provide technical clarifications and guidance to contractors and site teams.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and architectural correspondence.
    • Prepare architectural progress reports and technical submissions for management review.
    • Support project close-out activities, including commissioning and handover documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Master's Degree will be an added advantage
    • Professional registration with ARCON (Mandatory)
    • Must have 7–10 years of professional experience, with proven involvement in large-scale construction projects (hospital/healthcare projects highly preferred)
    • Strong experience in site-based architectural supervision and coordination.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and architectural documentation standards.
    • Sound knowledge of building regulations, fire codes, accessibility standards, and healthcare design requirements.

    Inventory Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Inventory Officer will support the effective management, tracking, and control of all materials, equipment, and consumables on the project site.
    • The role ensures accurate documentation, timely issuance of materials, and proper stock handling to support uninterrupted project execution. Working under the supervision of the head of procurement, the Inventory Officer will maintain inventory accuracy, transparency, and accountability across all site stores.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory Control and Recordkeeping:

    • Receive, verify, and record all incoming materials and equipment against delivery notes and purchase orders.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records for materials issued, transferred, and returned.
    • Ensure all items are properly labeled, categorized, and stored in designated locations.
    • Update inventory tracking systems or Excel-based records daily.

    Material Issuance and Tracking:

    • Issue materials to site teams strictly against approved requisitions.
    • Track material movement from store to work fronts, ensuring full traceability.
    • Monitor consumption rates and report abnormal usage or discrepancies.
    • Support daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations.

    Warehouse and Store Operations:

    • Maintain orderly, safe, and clean storage areas in compliance with safety standards.
    • Assist in loading and unloading of materials while preventing damage or loss.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive or high-value items.

    Reporting and Coordination:

    • Prepare daily inventory logs, material issue vouchers, and stock balance reports.
    • Report low stock levels and slow-moving items to the Inventory Supervisor.
    • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site engineers to ensure material availability.
    • Support audit exercises and provide documentation as required.

    Compliance and Accountability:

    • Adhere strictly to company inventory procedures and internal controls.
    • Maintain zero tolerance for undocumented material movement or losses.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements.

    Qualifications

    • HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations, preferably on construction or industrial projects.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems or Excel-based tracking tools.
    • Strong numerical accuracy and recordkeeping skills.
