Human Resource Generalist at Divine AG Solutions Limited

Key Responsibilities
 Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering. Conduct virtual onboarding and orientation for new hires. Maintain talent pipeline database.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Drive employee engagement initiatives for remote team. Manage disciplinary and exit processes.

HR Operations & Admin:

• Maintain accurate employee records on HRIS. Manage leave, attendance, and HR documentation. Support monthly payroll preparation. Prepare HR reports - turnover, retention, headcount

Performance & Learning:

• Coordinate performance appraisal process. Identify training needs and track learning (LMS)

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. / HND in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field
• 3-6 years experience as HR Generalist / HR Officer
• Professional certification (CIPM, HRCI, SHRM) is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills
