    Human Resource Executive

    Locations: Mainland and Island - Lagos

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR reporting, along with a solid understanding of other core HR functions.
    • This individual will support the HR department in driving effective people management practices and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key business functions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.

    Performance Management:

    • Coordinate and track the performance for employees across various locations.
    • Support line managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.
    • Analyze performance data and recommend strategies for talent development.

    HR Reporting & Analytics:

    • Prepare and maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards (turnover, headcount, recruitment reports, etc.).
    • Generate periodic reports and insights to support management decision-making.

    Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback processes.
    • Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.

    HR Operations & Compliance:

    • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
    • Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a structured corporate or consulting environment.
    • Proven strength in recruitment, performance management, and HR reporting.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Available to resume immediately.

    • Good understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
    • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
