    Human Capital Consultant

    Job Objective:

    • To drive high-value human capital consulting and training initiatives that enhance the organizational performance, develop talent, and deliver innovative HR solutions for clients, while strengthening the firm’s reputation and growth.

    Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Design, manage, and deliver hands-on human capital consulting and training programs for diverse clients, ensuring measurable impact on organizational performance.
    • Identify and secure new human capital consulting and training opportunities through client relationships and market insights.
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic human capital products and services, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with client objectives.
    • Advise clients on HR strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment projects, including job profiling, sourcing, assessments, interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding, ensuring optimal talent fit.
    • Diagnose HR processes and structures, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
    • Prepare high-quality proposals, reports, and presentations that communicate value and secure partnerships.
    • Manage and grow the human capital consulting and training portfolio, ensuring consistent excellence in delivery.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Business Admin, Social Sciences or other related field (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications in Human Resources is added advantage
    • 3–5 years’ work experience. (Human Capital Consulting experience will be added advantage)
    • He/she must have good knowledge of HR policies and procedures
    • He/she must be detailed and result oriented, with demonstrable positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.
    • Excellent people management skills and ability to multitask.
    • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
