• We’re seeking an experienced and strategic HR Team Lead to join our growing team at KloverHarris Limited.
• This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with a background in the consulting or professional services industry, looking to step into a leadership position and make a tangible impact on people strategy, processes, and team development.
• As HR Team Lead, you’ll oversee day-to-day HR operations, manage a small HR team, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the HR team across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Act as a strategic HR advisor to leaders within the consulting practice.
• Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored to a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Support learning and development initiatives to drive performance and growth.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is required.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR reporting is a plus.
