    HR Officer

    The HR Officer is responsible for managing human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The role ensures that the workforce remains productive and engaged while aligning with the organization\'s goals.  

    Key Responsibilities  

    Recruitment and Selection

    • Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.  
    • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview processes.  
    • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.  

    Employee Onboarding and Orientation

    • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, including orientation programs.  
    • Ensure all employee documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.  

    Employee Relations

    • Address employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.  
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.  
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster communication.  

    Performance Management

    • Support the performance appraisal process by guiding managers and employees.  
    • Identify training needs and recommend professional development initiatives.  

    Policy and Compliance 

    • Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and internal policies.  
    • Update and implement HR policies and procedures as required.  
    • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and information.  

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.  
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and queries.  

    Training and Development  

    • Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.  
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.  

    HR Data and Reporting  

    • Maintain HR databases and employee records.  
    • Generate reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover and recruitment.  

    Salary: 150k.
