    HR Officer

    Job Summary:

    The HR Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, select, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in recruitment and HR practices within the automobile sector, contributing to our mission of building a high-performing workforce.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g., attendance, leave records, etc.).
    • Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
    • Provide guidance on employment laws and company policies.
    • Support other HR functions as required.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the automobile industry
    • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations 
    • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and workforce planning.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in HR software and recruitment tools.
