    HR Officer

    Job Description: 

    We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to support the full HR functions at our Victoria Island Head Office. This role is essential in managing our HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment & Onboarding:
      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
      • Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
    • HR Administration:
      • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
      • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
    • Policy Development:
      • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s objectives and compliance standards.
      • Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
    • Employee Relations:
      • Oversee employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
      • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and conflict resolution as necessary.
    • Training & Development:
      • Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff.
      • Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
    • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
