Job Summary

• This is strictly an ON-SITE role in Ikeja, Lagos.
• Remote applications will not be considered.
• Runlink is a mature Chinese enterprise with long-term business development experience in Nigeria.
• We started from mobile accessories, data cables and LCD screen wholesale business, and now expand into mid-to-high end talent service and headhunting recruitment for Chinese enterprises operating in Nigeria.
• We have deep local market insight, stable local channel resources and standardized company operation system.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR routine  work, staff attendance and employee profile files
• Complete full cycle recruitment, resume screening, interview arrangement and employee onboarding
• Assist and prepare for headhunting and high-end talent sourcing business
• Collect local candidate resources and build up company talent pool
• Follow up mid and senior level candidates and maintain long-term talent connection
• Cooperate with talent background check and recruitment arrangement
• Keep all company business and talent information strictly confidential

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years working experience in Nigeria local HR field
• Candidates with headhunting or talent sourcing experience are highly preferred
• Candidate who can speak both English and Chinese language is highly preferred
• Familiar with Lagos local job market and recruitment channels
• Honest, careful, reliable, strong communication and execution skills
• Full time on site, strictly follow company rules and red line policy.
