Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our client’s team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR tasks including documentation, interview management, record-keeping, HR management of social media platforms, shift allocations, rota management, and other HR-related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation related to HR processes and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage interviews with candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information and activities.
• Oversee HR management of social media platforms.
• Handle shift allocations and rota management for employees.
• Liaise with the accountant and other HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a HR Officer or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
