Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the development of a productive and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Serve as a key point of contact for staff regarding HR issues
• Monitor employee performance and provide support for improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
• Lead and guide junior HR staff as needed
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Salary
N300,000 / month.
