Requirements

• Lead recruitment aligned with organizational culture and long-term strategy.
• Establish leadership pipeline readiness across clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Oversee payroll planning and HR compliance.
• Implement performance management systems.
• Strengthen employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Provide oversight of general administrative function
• Align HR strategy with operational and clinical service delivery needs
• Support operational efficiency and institutional discipline.
