Job Summary:

• We're looking for a strategic and compassionate HR Manager to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Conduct performance appraisals, manage promotions, and develop succession plans.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and employee welfare programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of improving employee engagement and retention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
• Female candidate (as per company policy).
• Resident of Lekki or nearby areas (essential, as accommodation is not provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.).
• Experience with HR software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
