Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staff onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Manage employee relations and performance appraisal systems.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Organize training sessions and track development programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support.
• Draft and update HR SOPs to streamline HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification is an advantage.
• 2 - 4 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software .
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
