We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, HR operations, and client account management.
Job Duties
Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
Oversee staff performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations matters.
Oversee the accurate and timely administration of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, and workforce planning activities.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' HR experience (post-NYSC)
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws
Experience in payroll and HR administration
CIPM Certification/Membership is an advantage
