As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the company's businessobjectives.
You will work closely with business leaders and employees to create a positive andinclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and innovation.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support thecompany's goals and objectives.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, with afocus on diversity and inclusion.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures,and best practices.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, andperformance reviews.
Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring fairand consistent resolution.
Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and bestpractices.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for continuousimprovement.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusiveworkplace for all employees.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
5 years proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, preferably within the financial & tech industry.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HRanalytics.
