What You’ll Do:
- Manage recruitment, selection & onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture
- Coordinate training and employee development
- Support performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance
- Advise management on people-related matters
