    HR / Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
    • Maintain staff records and HR policies.
    • Support payroll processing and leave management.
    • Ensure smooth office operations and supplies management.
    • Handle internal communications and coordinate staff welfare.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields.
    • 1 – 3 years of HR/Admin experience.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
