    HR & Admin Manager

    Role Summary

    • The HR & Admin Manager will oversee HR processes, ensure smooth administrative operations, support the Operations Manager, and maintain a professional, well-structured work environment. This person must be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle HR compliance, recruitment, staff discipline, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resources (HR)

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation
    • Maintain employee records, performance documentation, and HR files
    • Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and workplace guidelines
    • Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and timesheets
    • Organize staff training, appraisals, and performance reviews
    • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and HR reporting
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and store policies

    Administration

    • Maintain an organized office environment and ensure smooth administrative flow
    • Manage store documentation, inventory records (in collaboration with Inventory Manager), and daily reports
    • Oversee vendor communication, facility maintenance, and office supplies
    • Support daily store operations (opening checklist, closing checklist, staff scheduling, etc.)
    • Assist with purchasing, petty cash tracking, and expense documentation
    • Prepare weekly and monthly admin reports for management

    Operations Support

    • Work directly under the Operations Manager to execute strategic operational plans
    • Help monitor store performance metrics and store productivity
    • Assist with customer service issues that escalate beyond sales staff
    • Ensure staff are following SOPs for in-store and online operations
    • Help coordinate online order processing and documentation when necessary

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2–4 years experience in HR, Admin Management, or Office Management
    • Experience in a retail or beauty/skincare brand is a strong advantage
    • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
    • Proficiency with HR tools
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Strong leadership, integrity, and professionalism
    • Ability to work well with staff and support management
