    HR / Admin Assistant - Female (NYSC)

    Responsibilities

    • Provide all aspects of administration within the office
    • Posting of job adverts
    • Coordinating the onboarding for new starters
    • Sending offer letter and contract changes
    • Maintaining HR database
    • Carry out background checks
    • Book flights/Travel/Hotels
    • Stationary orders

    Academic Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND / University Degree in Business, or closely related field

    Person Specification:

    • Admin/office support experience
    • Confident and able to communicate at all levels
    • Ability to multitask
    • Good time management skills
    • Computer literate
    • High level of confidentiality
    • Be immediately available within one week notice.
