Hotel Waiter / Attendant at Mulitbond Ventures Limited

Summary of Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests courteously, taking food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and order accuracy before delivery.
• Stay attentive to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, responding promptly to requests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure special requests or dietary needs are fulfilled.
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Follow proper food handling and hygiene standards as per health and safety regulations.
• Assist with routine service duties such as restocking supplies, polishing silverware, and maintaining service stations.
• Support team members in ensuring a seamless and professional guest experience.

Academic Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE
• Prior experience in hospitality is an advantage but not a must.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to hospitality service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an added advantage.
• Candidate residing within Oyo, Awe or willing to relocate will be preferred.
