• We are seeking a courteous and reliable Hotel Porter to provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests, and supporting front office operations.
• The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression and ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Deliver messages, parcels, and room service items to guest rooms as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Support the front desk team with guest requests and general inquiries.
• Arrange transportation or assist guests with directions when needed.
• Ensure prompt and professional service at all times.
• Report any guest concerns, lost items, or suspicious activity to management.
