    Hotel Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Hotel Manager with 1-3 years of experience to manage the day-to-day operations of our hotel located in Omole Phase 1, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, handling guest relations, and maintaining operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing guest inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of hotel staff, ensuring that all departments operate smoothly and efficiently.
    • Supervise daily operations across all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Monitor and manage hotel expenses within budget, ensuring profitability and cost control, including inventory management and purchasing.
    • Ensure that the hotel complies with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
    • with the marketing team to promote the hotel, drive bookings, and manage customer reviews on various platforms.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality services and products for hotel operations.
    • Prepare regular reports on the hotel’s financial performance, staff operations, and guest satisfaction levels.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (1-3 years) in hotel management or a similar hospitality role.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage a team effectively and resolve conflicts.
    • Financial acumen with knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
    • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
