Telehealth Physician at Fastlab Telehealth Services Ltd

We're hiring licensed Telehealth Physicians for remote roles on our platform. You'll provide virtual consultations (video, audio, chat), integrate lab results, and manage patient care using Fastlab Platform. Emphasis on chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, plus acute care. Our flexible schedules allow you to grow your practice digitally while advancing FastLab's goal of efficient, equitable healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote patient assessments, reviewing history, symptoms, and diagnostics for accurate virtual care.
• Diagnose and treat using Fastlab tools to analyse lab trends, anomalies, and summaries from reports, imaging, and EHRs.
• Issue e-prescriptions linked to pharmacies, ensuring transparency and cost reduction for patients.
• Interpret real-time lab results via omni-channel delivery and coordinate home care or sample collection.
• Educate patients on conditions, prevention, and self-management; schedule follow-ups for chronic monitoring.
• Collaborate with labs, specialists, and teams; refer for in-person care when needed.
• Maintain secure EHR records, adhering to PHI encryption and audit trails.
• Contribute to quality improvements and provide feedback on platform features.
• Escalate emergencies per protocols, directing to local facilities.
• Engage in ongoing training on telemedicine and FastLab tools.

Requirements

• MBBS fully licensed by MDCN, and NYSC certificate.
• Minimum of 3+ years clinical experience; 1+ year in telemedicine preferred.
• Specialty certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and ethical skills.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends.
• Must reside in Nigeria.
