    Hotel Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    • You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, optimizing hotel profitability, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
    • Lead and manage all department heads to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
    • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, revenue, and cost control to meet targets.
    • Develop and implement service standards, operating procedures, and staff training programs.
    • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
    • Coordinate marketing and promotional strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
    • Prepare and present reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency to senior management.
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff performance.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 - 5 years proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality best practices.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
