    Head of Supply Chain

    About the Role

    • Behind every great quick-service restaurant experience is a well-oiled supply chain.
    • Our client, a fast-growing national QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Chain, is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to own and optimize the entire supply chain ecosystem — procurement, logistics, and inventory — across multiple outlets.
    • This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic thinker who understands that speed, consistency, and quality are non-negotiable in the QSR space.
    • You will ensure that every outlet is stocked with the right products, at the right time, at the right cost, enabling seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities
    Procurement & Vendor Management:

    • Lead end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing and negotiation to purchase and delivery.
    • Identify, onboard, and manage reliable suppliers for food items, packaging, and services.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs to drive cost efficiency without compromising quality.
    • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while enforcing quality, safety, and compliance standards.
    • Monitor supplier performance and maintain a preferred vendor list.

    Inventory Management:

    • Oversee inventory planning and control across all outlets to prevent stock-outs and wastage.
    • Collaborate closely with kitchen and operations teams to forecast demand and plan replenishment.
    • Implement inventory best practices, tracking systems, and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.

    Logistics & Distribution:

    • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery to all locations.
    • Optimize transportation and distribution processes to support speed, freshness, and cost control.
    • Resolve supply disruptions quickly and proactively.

    Strategy & Continuous Improvement:

    • Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supply risks to inform decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with internal policies, food safety regulations, and industry standards.
    • Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for management review.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • 7–11 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, preferably within QSR, restaurant, FMCG, or retail environments.
    • Strong expertise across procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
    • Proven negotiation, vendor management, and cost-optimization skills.
    • High analytical capability with strong attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain / inventory management systems.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • High integrity, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.

    What’s in It for You

    • Competitive Salary: ₦800,000 – ₦1,000,000+ per month, with performance-based bonuses.
    • Impact & Ownership: Shape and scale the supply chain of a fast-growing QSR brand.
    • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic, results-driven setting where your decisions truly matter.
    • Benefits: Health insurance coverage to support you and your family.
    • Leave: 21 days of annual paid leave to recharge and refresh.
    • Career Growth: Gain exposure to multi-branch operations and leadership opportunities.
    • Direct Influence: Play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction — one delivery at a time.
