The Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading enterprise sales strategy, and managing a high-performing commercial team at a leading IT solutions and services company. This role is suited for a senior sales professional with extensive experience in technology solutions, enterprise IT, cloud, networking, and hardware/software services, with a proven track record of leading teams and closing large-scale B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Drive enterprise sales across IT solutions, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting KPIs and performance dashboards
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, key clients, and strategic partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across industries including banking, telecom, oil & gas, and government
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize sales processes and revenue growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology solutions to inform sales strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive sales leadership experience in IT solutions, technology services, or enterprise software/hardware sales
Proven success in managing high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
Strong expertise in enterprise sales, B2B negotiations, account management, and CRM tools
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
