    Head of Sales

    • The Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading enterprise sales strategy, and managing a high-performing commercial team at a leading IT solutions and services company. This role is suited for a senior sales professional with extensive experience in technology solutions, enterprise IT, cloud, networking, and hardware/software services, with a proven track record of leading teams and closing large-scale B2B deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Drive enterprise sales across IT solutions, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
    • Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting KPIs and performance dashboards
    • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, key clients, and strategic partners
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across industries including banking, telecom, oil & gas, and government
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize sales processes and revenue growth
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology solutions to inform sales strategy

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
    • Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive sales leadership experience in IT solutions, technology services, or enterprise software/hardware sales
    • Proven success in managing high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
    • Strong expertise in enterprise sales, B2B negotiations, account management, and CRM tools
    • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
