    Head of Sales Operation(Abuja)

    We are hiring a Head of Sales Operations for a leading FinTech company that is redefining financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa. This is an in-person, mid-level management role based in Lagos, designed for a high performer who excels at driving sales efficiency, operational excellence, and revenue growth across multiple business segments.

    The Opportunity

    As Head of Sales Operations, you will:

    • Optimize Sales Processes: Build, refine, and implement sales systems, workflows, and structures that improve performance and operational efficiency.
    • Enable Sales Teams: Support field, telesales, and vertical sales teams with data, tools, insights, and resources to drive consistent revenue delivery.
    • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Coordinate and operationalize campaigns, activations, and cross-functional initiatives that support product adoption and market penetration.
    • Strengthen Sales Governance: Establish reporting frameworks, pipeline management systems, and performance tracking mechanisms.
    • Drive Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to align strategy, remove blockers, and improve customer experience across sales touchpoints.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Experienced Operator: 3–5 years in sales operations, sales management, business development, or revenue operations within fintech, tech, or financial services.
    •  Strategic & Process-Driven: Strong ability to design scalable sales processes and deliver hands-on execution.
    • Analytical Thinker: Skilled in using data, forecasting, and insights to improve sales performance and guide decision-making.
    • Leadership Mindset: Capable of coordinating and supporting diverse sales teams while driving accountability.
    • Lagos-Grounded: Deep understanding of the Lagos market and strong networks that support revenue growth.
