Job Description

• Focus on tactical execution, sales, and market analysis.
• Develops strategies for revenue growth.
• Analyze markets, set goals, and create plans aligned with company objectives.
• Guide the team, monitor performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate the sales team to ensure productivity.
• Create effective plans to promote products, boost the brand, and customize campaigns for target audiences.
• Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets
• Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods
• Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients.
• Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons.
• Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand. Etc.

Requirements

• Candidates should be a graduate of Business Administration, Mass Communication, BSc, MBA, etc.
• 5 years of experience.
• Proximity to Surulere is an added advantage.
• Furniture or Interior Decoration knowledge is an added advantage.
